End of Tenancy inspections

We can collect keys from agent, attend property, complete assessment of fixtures, fittings, furniture, Windows & doors, overall condition inside and out with photos. Check Smoke, Heat, Co Alarms. Obtain meter readings. Complete Inventory checklist*.

(discounted to £85 if booked with EICR.

*This can be completed using the agents own proforma forms.
